Discount math is easy to get wrong when you are in a hurry. A discount calculator shows the sale price and how much you save.

Calculate discount (step by step)

  1. Open Discount Calculator.
  2. Enter the original price.
  3. Enter the percent off.
  4. Read the final price and savings amount.

Quick examples

  • 25% off 100 means you pay 75, you save 25.
  • 10% off 499 means you save 49.9, you pay 449.1.

Tips

  • Taxes are usually applied after discounts. Check your receipt rules.
  • For multiple discounts, apply them one by one. 10% then 10% is not 20% total.
