Photos are easy to take, but PDFs are easier to send, print, and archive. Converting images to a PDF is the fastest way to turn receipts, notes, and forms into one clean document.

Before you convert (small things that help)

  • Put images in the right order first (1, 2, 3).
  • Use clear photos. Avoid heavy shadows and angled shots.
  • If you have a lot of images, convert them in batches and then merge the PDFs.

Convert images to PDF with Micro Task Assistant

  1. Open Image to PDF.
  2. Upload JPG or PNG files (or drag and drop on desktop).
  3. Arrange the page order.
  4. Create the PDF and download it.
  5. Open the PDF once to verify page order and readability.

How to get a clean result

  • Crop extra background before converting if a photo has a lot of empty space.
  • Keep consistent orientation. Rotate images so text is upright.
  • If the PDF becomes too large, compress it after conversion.

Common questions

Can I combine multiple images into one PDF?

Yes. Upload multiple images and the tool will make a multi-page PDF.

Why is the PDF so big?

Photos are large. After converting, use PDF Compressor to shrink it for email.

What if I need to add or remove pages later?

Use PDF Page Organizer to reorder or remove pages.
