Two common PDF problems show up right before you need to send the file:

  • pages are in the wrong order
  • some pages are rotated sideways

You do not need a full PDF editor for that. A page organizer is usually enough.

What you can fix with a page organizer

  • Move pages to a new order
  • Rotate pages so they are upright
  • Remove pages you do not want to share

Organize PDF pages step by step

  1. Open PDF Page Organizer.
  2. Upload your PDF.
  3. Use the page grid to:
    • drag pages into the right order
    • rotate any page that is sideways
    • delete pages you do not want in the final file
  4. Export and download the updated PDF.
  5. Open the result and spot-check the middle pages.

Tips for clean results

  • If you are preparing a file for someone else, remove blank pages and duplicates.
  • If your PDF is a scan, rotate pages first before running OCR.
  • Keep the original file until you confirm the export looks correct.
